This rosé is crafted exclusively with the autochthonous Monastrell variety from old grapevines. The low load per plant ensures that the grapes are perfectly ripe year after year, resulting in a mature, extraordinary fresh rosé. After the must is briefly macerated in contact with the skins, a saignée is performed prior to fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Cata
"Deep, clear, brilliant ruby colour. The bouquet features pleasant creamy aromas reminiscent of perfectly ripe strawberries and pomegranates. In the mouth, it is velvety, unctuous and enveloping. It is a highly flavourful rosé with clean flavours of ripe fruit and a long, refreshing end note."
